The IGNITE Program

IGNITE is Flowserve’s three-year rotational development program for early career engineers ready to accelerate technical, business, and leadership growth through hands-on experience.

The IGNITE Program began in the USA in 2018; and in 2027, we will be launching our first Cohort in India.

IGNITEs contribute to priorities like operational excellence, quality, product design, supply chain, commercial operations, and analytics—building skills while creating measurable value.

As part of the Program, IGNITEs rotate through different functions to gain a deep understanding of business strategy, operations, engineering, and leadership experience.

In addition to developing technical skills and knowledge, IGNITEs

  • Participate in training designed to support them as emerging leaders,
  • Develop influence skills as they lead projects,
  • Create a professional global network as they contribute to enterprise initiatives and projects.
